Odoo Tender Management enables users to create bids, inquire about bids, provide eligibility requirements for bidders, rate bidders, estimate tender values, and determine the winning bidder based on their rating.

A bidder may submit a request for information regarding a tender, and may also request technical, financial, and eligibility-related inquiries and ratings.
Tender enquiries
The Tender Form will automatically populate with Tender Enquiries that are organized by contractor rating.
Tender estimation and computes top bidder from their rating
Estimating a bid while conducting research for it, adding up each bidder's specific estimates of labor, materials, etc.
