The Senior Odoo Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet client requirements. The developer will work closely with functional consultants, dev leads, and project managers to design and implement high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and JavaScript
- Work collaboratively with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Analyse client requirements and design technical solutions that meet their business needs.- Maintain and improve existing Odoo modules and solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Odoo implementations.
- Keep up to date with Odoo updates, features, and add-ons to continuously improve technical expertise.
- Mentor and coach other developers on best practices and new technologies.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong technical skills in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Odoo module customization and configuration.
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
