Presales Software Consultant (Remote - UAE)

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Presales Software Consultant to join our team. 
This is a full-time remote position supporting our UAE operations. The selected candidate will be part of the UAE cluster team, supporting the sales team across multiple solutions, including Odoo, Creatio, Dynatrace, and do360.


The ideal candidate will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and translate these needs into technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for demonstrating how our software products meet client needs, guiding them through the technical aspects of the solution, and supporting the sales process with expert-level insights.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales Support: Engage with prospective clients during the sales process to gather requirements, understand business pain points, and identify key challenges the software solution will address.
  • Solution Design: Translate prospect needs into tailored software solutions, collaborating with internal teams (product, development, and engineering) to ensure alignment with client goals.

  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, personalized demonstrations highlighting how our solutions address the client’s business objectives.

  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling, easy-to-understand presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • RFP/RFI Responses: Create high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs that meet client requirements.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Assist in setting up and managing PoC projects to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
  • Project Scope: Define project scope, estimate timelines, and required effort accurately.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support deal closure, and ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product enhancements to maintain competitive advantage.

Must Have

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in presales, software consulting, and ERP systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP and enterprise software.
  • Language Skills:
    - English: Mandatory
    - Arabic & French: Plus
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to deeply understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to deliver dynamic and impactful demonstrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to translate prospect needs into feasible solutions.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, and customer success).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
