 We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Presales Software Consultant to join our team in Lebanon. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The selected candidate will be part of the shared services team, supporting salespeople across all clusters and for various solutions, including Odoo, Creatio, Dynatrace, and do360

The ideal candidate will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and translate these needs into technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for demonstrating how our software products meet the needs of the prospect, guiding them through the technical aspects of the solution, and supporting the sales process by providing expert-level insights.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales Support: Engage with prospective clients during the sales process to gather detailed requirements, understand business pain points, and identify key challenges that the software solution will address
  • Solution Design: Translate prospect needs into tailored software solutions, collaborating with internal teams (such as product management, development, and engineering) to ensure the solution is feasible and aligned with the prospect's goals
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, personalized software demonstrations for prospects, showcasing key features and benefits in a way that directly addresses their pain points and business objectives
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in creating high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring the proposed solutions align with the prospect's requirements 
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Assist in setting up and managing proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the solution’s effectiveness and value to the prospect 
  • Project scope and size: Understand and write the project scope; estimate the project timing and needed effort 
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and contribute to sales strategies, helping close deals by ensuring that the proposed solution fits the customer’s technical and business needs 
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to help refine product offerings and improve the overall customer experience 
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates to ensure all demonstrations and solutions remain relevant and competitive

Must Have

  • Experience: At least [5] years of experience in presales, software consulting, and ERPs
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP and enterprise software
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic) with the ability to simplify complex technical information and present it in a compelling way. French is a plus
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that address their pain points and business goals
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver dynamic, engaging, and impactful product demonstrations and presentations 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess prospect needs and translate them into feasible technical solutions 
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and customer success, to deliver optimal solutions 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
